Julie helped my wife and I find our first home, she was amazing to work with! She was patient with us as we looked through a lot of homes trying to find the perfect fit! She was readily available to go look at homes we knew would go fast. This is going to be a long review but well deserving!!! Julie is a fantastic agent and person all around! She really was patient and cared to make sure our family found a house we loved, even if it took showing us a ton of houses. She never made us feel like we were taking too much time or had too many questions, and was always there for us. She would go out of her way to help us see houses, and would fit it in both of our schedules even if it was last minute or inconvenient. When looking at houses, she would tell us about red flag things like previous termite damage or plumbing stuff that can be expensive to fix. I felt like she was an extra eye at helping us find a good house. She definitely is not the agent looking for a quick sale, and is there for the long haul to support you for what you are looking for! This is something hard to find nowadays. We even had some particularly challenging things comes up, like getting accepted as a backup offer to eventually actually winning the house to then dealing with new problems/water damage that arose before closing. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable with our decision as challenging as it was and was supportive and empathetic throughout. We really enjoyed working with her, kinda felt like family by the time we finally found our house and closed on it. Thanks Julie for everything, we appreciate everything you did!!- Emily H.
